Although traditionally food coverage has been focused on recipes, cooking techniques and dining establishments we also write about (and photograph) the producers who harvest what we eat. In recent years these stories have taken me to Prince Edward Island and Northern Ontario. Along the way we visit local chefs and their restaurants.
